Job summary

Cadrex is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, facility equipment, and structures according to safety and preventive maintenance systems.

Onsite in Wisconsin, this role requires a Highschool Diploma and offers extensive total compensation including health/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and education support.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and understand mechanical processes.
• Knowledge of electronics and basic hydraulics.
• Experience in a machine shop performing maintenance duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs and tests new production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnoses problems, replaces parts, tests and adjusts.
• Performs preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Cleans work areas and removes waste; patch buildings as needed.
• May use personal vehicle for work and may purchase own tools.
