Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Kissimmee, FL, is seeking a Maintenance - Level I to perform light repairs, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial, and related duties across our community. You will work as part of a collaborative team to maintain amenities, safety, and aesthetics.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to be on call after hours. On-site work with opportunities to drive maintenance vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure they are well maintained.
• Perform groundskeeping and keep the property free from trash and debris.
• Communicate with management and staff on daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily tasks and priorities.
