ALPLA Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the production lines in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on extrusion and molding equipment, and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include equipment setup, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to minimize downtime and sustain high quality output.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance safety knowledge applied on manufacturing floors.
• Basic mechanical understanding with repair capabilities.
• Fundamental hydraulics and pneumatics concepts for equipment.
• Mathematical skills for measurements and calculations in a plant.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of proprietary ALPLA equipment (extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, packaging systems).
• Install equipment and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Use predictive maintenance techniques to identify issues before downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair molding machines with a systematic approach.
• Support general facility maintenance and maintain a safe, organized work area.
