In this role, you’ll take on a variety of challenges—installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring productivity, operational excellence, and our ability to deliver high-quality results.

What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to:

1. Perform mechanical duties, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
2. Navigate and operate HMI interfaces on automated and robotic equipment.
3. Diagnose equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to keep things running smoothly.
4. Execute regular preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal machinery functionality.
5. Apply your skills in welding (TIG, MIG, ARC), fabrication, and machine repair to support production needs.
6. Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline maintenance processes.
7. Take ownership of spare part inventory control and ensure cost-efficient operations.
8. Travel occasionally to other locations for training and support—expanding your knowledge and expertise.

What You’ll Bring:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

1. A high school diploma or GED, plus completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
2. 4+ years of manufacturing experience involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, with PLC proficiency.
3. Strong technical capacity, ethical conduct, and results-driven mindset.
4. Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
5. Experience with CMMS and inventory control systems.

Preferred qualifications include:

1. An Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
