Job summary

Synsus, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a lab and manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic, carpentry, welding, and diagnostic skills, with the ability to read manuals and work orders. Candidates should be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, lifts and facilities.
• Perform emergency repairs and simple machinist/fabrication duties.
• Read manuals, schematics and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas.
