Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and completed work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep tools and equipment organized and in good condition.
• Report major maintenance needs or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Support more experienced technicians as needed.
