Job summary

The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Maintenance I to maintain group homes, ISLs, administrative facilities, and other Arc facilities. You will perform repairs, remodeling, grounds care, and safety tasks to support a safe, clean living and working environment for clients and staff.

This position requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and carpentry, at least 3 years of experience, ability to lift 75 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling and carpentry.
• Must stand, stoop, lift 75 pounds and be 18+.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and routine maintenance.
• Remodeling and maintenance of roadways, parking lots and snow removal.
• Caring for grounds and landscapes.
• Provide safety training to staff and assist other departments as needed.
• Drive a vehicle to transport clients or staff when required.
