Job summary
Maker's Pride is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diversified maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems on our production floor. You will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, read manuals and diagrams, and ensure safety and GMP standards are followed.
The role requires reading English schematics, completing PM work orders, and coordinating parts. Level I and II pay exist with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff; 18+ and a high
Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bilingual a plus.
- Completed or working on a 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
- MS Office proficiency and PM-tracking experience preferred, SAP knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate maintenance tools safely and effectively.
- Perform preventive maintenance and process work orders per PM schedules.
- Read manuals and work orders; interpret mechanical/electrical schematics in English.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues; replace parts and verify fixes.
- Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
