Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance - Level I-1 in Raymond, New Hampshire.

The role involves performing a variety of maintenance duties such as light repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial work to ensure community standards are met. You will collaborate with management, attend daily briefings, and communicate with team members to complete maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds, keeping trash and debris clear.
• Work with management to keep the property clean, safe, and appealing.
• Attend morning staff meetings to coordinate daily vendor appointments.
• Communicate with maintenance staff and management on projects and tasks.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as needed.
• Move heavy objects and drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
