Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS) is hiring for a Maintenance - Level I position in Elmendorf, Texas. You will perform a variety of maintenance duties including light repairs, plumbing and carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping, working as part of a team to uphold quality standards across communities.

You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. On-call availability for emergencies after hours is required, with opportunities to drive maintenance trucks and manage

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment.
Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, plumbing and carpentry, painting, and janitorial tasks.
Maintain and inspect amenity spaces to meet quality standards.
Move heavy objects and, when required, drive maintenance trucks on property.
Report maintenance concerns to management and coordinate with staff for projects.
Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure timely maintenance operations.
