Job summary

ELS is hiring for a Maintenance - Level I in Gordonville, Texas. You will perform light repairs, plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping and janitorial tasks as part of a team to meet quality maintenance standards.

Your job will include maintaining amenity spaces, grounds, and safety, attending morning meetings, and communicating with management on daily work and vendor appointments. You must lift up to 50 pounds and be on call after hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and groundskeeping.
• Maintain amenity spaces and grounds, ensuring they are clean and safe.
• Communicate with management and staff about daily work and vendor appointments.
• Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks on site.
• Monitor inventory and perform other duties as assigned.
