Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain and repair industrial car wash equipment across sites. You will apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing skills while traveling to different locations in a company vehicle.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and helping deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting, and readiness to work nights, weekends, and outdoors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience, including exposure to: 3-phase high‑voltage systems; Low‑voltage systems; AC/DC electrical systems; Control wiring and powered equipment; VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3‑phase power.
• Travel across your market, in your company provided vehicle, to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise.
