Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep our car wash sites running safely and efficiently.

You’ll work hands-on with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, traveling across your market in a company vehicle to perform routine maintenance and repairs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial or production maintenance, with strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to work nights, weekends, or on-call hours.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance. Breakdowns experience preferred.
Electrical experience including exposure to 3-phase high-voltage systems and control wiring.
Solid skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics or plumbing.

Responsibilities

Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment operating.
Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3‑phase power.
Travel across your market in a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs.
Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
Build strong relationships with teammates who rely on your technical expertise.
Maintain safe, efficient, and fully operational locations reflecting our commitment to excellence.
