Overview

At Topgolf, Maintenance Technicians (Facilities Associates) support our service with hospitality, keeping the venue, grounds, technology, and game systems in top shape. They also make guests feel welcome, engage with them, and support their team to ensure memorable visits.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair tasks as directed
• Monitor operation of equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and repair issues
• Respond to maintenance calls
• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies
• Follow safety, health, and environmental policies
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided
• Desire to learn maintenance skills

Preferred

• 6+ months maintenance experience or trade school certificates
• Skilled trades experience (HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, etc.)
• Knowledge of maintenance and repairs

Required

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for varied shifts
• Ability to operate powered equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
