Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep our car wash sites safe, efficient, and fully operational.

You will perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial equipment, and travel across your market in a company vehicle to complete scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs. The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and plumbing, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance; breakdown experience preferred.
• Electrical experience including three-phase high/low voltage systems, control wiring, and powered equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; valid driver’s license required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Keep car wash equipment and sites running safely and efficiently.
• Install, perform preventative maintenance, and repair industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and control wiring; respond to urgent breakdowns.
