What you’ll do

Perform repairs and refurbishments in multiple local facilities, including but not limited to:

• Drywall
• Patching + Painting
• Tiling
• Basic Masonry
• Shelving + wall-mounted equipment
• Perform basic planned preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of handyman / craftsman experience
• Ability to perform basic repair and remediation on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

• Handyman: 2 years (Required)
• Plumbing: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: On the road. Own vehicle required. Mileage reimbursement available**
