CCH - (Christian Church Homes) seeks a Maintenance Technician I to oversee day-to-day custodial duties at a Santa Ana community. You will support indoor and outdoor upkeep, ensuring safe, sanitary housing for residents, with flexibility for unplanned tasks.

The role reports to the Community Manager; a full-time, non-exempt position based at Flower Park Plaza, CA, offering competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365; bilingual English plus Chinese or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas by cleaning and restocking.
• Identify safety hazards and report or correct them.
• Assist in upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Collaborate with Community Manager to ensure safe housing.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Move furniture and supplies as needed.
• Track custodial supplies usage and report.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Report and escalate maintenance issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
