Support plant production by troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and systems via preventative maintenance and root cause analysis.

Your Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on medical IV solution, filling, and packaging equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor and machine controls, electrical systems, Robotics, and electronics.
- Use diagnostic tools like drawing packages and multi-meters to resolve electrical issues.
- Address equipment, process, and compliance issues; perform unscheduled maintenance and respond promptly to trouble calls.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance to ensure operational equipment.
- Always work safely, trained in Arc Flash, Lock Out Tag Out, Electrical Safety, Ladder Safety, and other plant safety programs.
- Follow work order systems, maintenance, and facility procedures; document all work in CMMS as required, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety (EHS), and manufacturing SOPs and policies to produce safe, quality products.
- Modify, upgrade, and install new equipment and machinery.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support plant production.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Technical school training preferred.
- 1-2 years maintenance experience on automated manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred), PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron), and related systems.
- Knowledge of motor controls, drives, sensors, and high-speed packaging equipment.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Good communication skills in English; understanding of cGMP regulations.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, PDFs).
- Electrical knowledge of AC/DC motors, drives, and low-voltage systems.
- Ability to work in a clean room environment with PPE and lift up to 50 pounds.
Physical Requirements
- Work around moving equipment and in controlled environments.
- Wear PPE as required, including safety glasses, gloves, gowns, etc.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, and balancing.
- Visual acuity to distinguish colors.
Availability to work most holidays, some weekends, and plant shutdown periods is required.
