Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for its Illinois plant. The role focuses on preventive and reactive maintenance to maximize production, with 40+ hours weekly, overtime, and on-call duties as needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, executing PMs, ordering parts, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background in electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years maintaining and troubleshooting filling and/or packaging equipment.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with electromechanical troubleshooting 24V-480V systems.
• Experience with Electrical Test equipment such as voltmeter, ammeter, megger.

Responsibilities

• Use tools ranging from hand and power tools to precision measuring devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines and their controls (blenders, scales, etc.).
• Maintain PM schedules and repair work orders, ensuring safety and quality.
