Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician I performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities, assists operators with minor issues, and ensures optimal system efficiency to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, record-keeping, and supporting upgrades.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with minor maintenance and replace damaged items promptly
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and audits
• Support facilities maintenance and other tasks as assigned
• Analyze performance data for improvement activities
• Lead or assist with engineering upgrades and projects

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; mechanical/electronic courses preferred.

Experience: Strong mechanical reasoning, ability to work under time constraints, good communication and problem-solving skills, experience with Windows applications.

Other Requirements

Knowledge of lockout/tagout, ability to follow instructions, physical ability to perform labor tasks, willingness to work flexible hours.

Additional Information

• Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00
• Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday, with potential overtime
