We are actively hiring a maintenance technician to join our team at our Dalton Plant. Americhem is one of the world's largest manufacturers of custom color concentrates.

Pay: Pay based on experience with a $1.75 shift differential for off shifts.

Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am)

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing (preferred)

Knowledge and Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and employ problem-solving strategies

Essential Duties

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment
• Work with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment failures
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
