Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the material handling system at an airport facility. You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and manage service calls.

The role requires flexibility for a 24/7 shift pattern and the ability to obtain an Airport ID badge. Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, understand electrical drawings, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings/prints.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to obtain Airport I.D. badge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains machinery and electrical equipment as per diagrams and manuals.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance; generate service reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors and control on service improvements.
• Un-jam conveyors and ensure safe operation.
• Operate in a 24/7 shift environment including nights, weekends and holidays.
