Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to help maintain an industrial laundry facility and ensure equipment uptime. You will assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety resolution, housekeeping, and maintaining maintenance records while monitoring inventory for the shop floor. Team support and shift adherence are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and safety improvements.
• Keep maintenance records and monitor inventory of supplies.
• Assist with indoor/outdoor housekeeping and safety concerns.
• Support equipment uptime and performance for the laundry facility.
