Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility by repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers; assisting with preventive maintenance; addressing safety concerns; and performing housekeeping.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on repair experience, ability to read English maintenance literature and blueprints, basic MS Office skills, and the stamina to stand for extended

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance activities.
• Assist with monitoring inventory and maintaining maintenance records.
• Address safety concerns and housekeeping duties as needed.

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including, but not limited to, washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitoring inventory supplies and maintaining maintenance records.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Boiler knowledge
• HVAC experience
• Experience and ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing
