Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support an industrial laundry facility in Kansas. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers, along with preventive maintenance and safety oversight.

The role requires reading maintenance literature in English, blueprint literacy, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and maintain maintenance records.
• Address safety concerns and assist with housekeeping.
• Monitor inventory supplies and support maintenance operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including, but not limited to, washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitoring inventory supplies and maintaining maintenance records.
