Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician I to maintain an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.

Requirements include 2+ years' experience with industrial equipment, ability to read English maintenance literature and blueprints, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment (washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and monitor maintenance records.
• Address safety concerns and maintain housekeeping of the facility.
• Monitor inventory supplies and maintain maintenance records.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to assist with maintaining an industrial laundry facility. Responsibilities include assisting with repairing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting industrial equipment, systems and components including, but not limited to, washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyor systems and boilers; assisting with performing preventive/predictive maintenance; resolving safety concerns; performing indoor and outdoor housekeeping; monitoring inventory suppliesand maintaining maintenance records.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years'experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift
• High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

• Boiler knowledge

• Experience and ability to perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting and brazing
