Koozie Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician 1 for the 1st shift in Sleepy Eye, MN. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and contributing to safe, efficient plant operation.

The position offers a $500 sign-on bonus and an hourly wage ranging from $22 to $28, plus shift differential. Training on 1st shift is required initially. Great benefits accompany the role.

Formación

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
• One year bindery or print equipment experience.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for the first few months.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair physical plant and equipment problems.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and the physical plant.
• Design and build new equipment or modify existing equipment, including providing quotes and schematics.
• Provide technical information for material purchases for maintenance.
• Operate power equipment as needed.
• Perform or assist in machine set-up.
• Store and maintain department tools, supplies, equipment, and manuals securely.
