Maintenance Technician I (12 hour nights)

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your role supports plant production by conducting preventative maintenance and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor controls, electrical systems, robotics, and electronics.
  • Using diagnostic tools such as drawings, multi-meters, and other equipment to resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Responding to trouble calls and performing unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining documentation in the CMMS system.
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects and supporting environmental health and safety standards.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED, with technical training preferred.
  • 1-2 years of maintenance experience on automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Knowledge of CMMS, PLC systems, motor controls, and electrical schematics.
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary range is $52,800 - $72,600 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, paid time off, 401(k), stock purchase plan, and more.
