Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance experience desirable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Spanish helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all maintenance requests promptly and courteously.
• Repair and maintain basic electrical components and lighting.
• Repair/maintain basic plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Repair carpeting and tile; maintain exterior and interior spaces.
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and parking areas; snow removal.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness; clean and paint as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls and resident issues.
