Capital Vacations in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform a full range of custodial and maintenance duties across the resort, ensuring exterior care and visual appeal.
You will diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC-related tasks; order supplies; and coordinate with the maintenance team to meet deadlines. A HS diploma or GED and resort maintenance experience are a plus; weekends and holidays may be required.
The Maintenance Technician I prioritizes and performs maintenance services inclusive of the full range of custodial duties related to the exterior care, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep of the resort.
Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
