Native American Connections is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our on-site team in Surprise, AZ. The role involves hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, drywall and carpentry tasks to keep housing properties in good condition.
You will troubleshoot issues, manage approved bids, maintain tools and meet turn-key and work-order deadlines while following safety codes and preparing for emergencies. A valid AZ driver’s license is required.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
