We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a passion for property maintenance and a commitment to excellence.

Maintenance Technician I
Location: Eastpark Apartment Homes, 114 Greencrest Street, Salem, OR 97301
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (60-minute unpaid lunch break)
Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Classification: Non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay
Bonuses: Eligible for Lease-Up Incentive Bonus Plan
Cell Phone Stipend: $50/month

This position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting, crouching, and climbing stairs or ladders up to six feet. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, move heavy equipment, and use hand and power tools. The role involves repetitive motions of the hands, fingers, and wrists, and requires sufficient hearing, motor skills, and coordination to safely operate equipment and perform job tasks. Work may be performed in confined spaces, outdoors in all weather conditions, and may involve exposure to chemicals, machinery, and electrical components.
