Job summary

Willow Ridge in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our apartment community. This entry-level role supports repairs, unit turns, and daily upkeep to keep the property clean, safe, and move-in ready.

You'll assist with repairs in apartments and common areas, help with make-readies, painting, plumbing, and basic maintenance tasks. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential for growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• At least one year of general maintenance experience required.
• Basic knowledge of tools, appliances, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Willingness to obtain certifications (CPO/HVAC).
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Responsibilities
