Stone Point Apartments in Wisconsin is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. You will respond to residential service requests, perform repairs to return units to market-ready condition, and support the Property Manager with ongoing maintenance tasks. On-call rotations and winter snow events are part of the schedule.

We value customer service, multitasking ability, and previous maintenance experience. EPA/HVAC/CPO certifications are a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance or related field preferred.
• EPA, HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
• Willingness to attend training and obtain additional certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Address a diverse range of residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and return units to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved maintenance issues to the Property Manager for prompt resolution.
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks to reduce costly breakdowns.
• Participate in on-call emergency repairs and winter snow events as required.

We have more than 38 communities across Wisconsin, Illinois, and North Carolina, with numerous upcoming projects, providing plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.Key Responsibilities:Utilize your troubleshooting skills to promptly address a diverse range of residential service requests in a professional and timely manner.Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by executing various repairs to return a unit back to market ready conditions.Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are promptly communicated to the Property Manager for resolution.Assist in the completion of preventative maintenance tasks to eliminate untimely and costly breakdowns in equipment, appliances, etc.Perform on-call emergency services within a rotation to provide timely repairs for our residents.Winter months will entail mandatory hours for snow events.General Requirements:Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, teammates, and vendors.Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities effectively as you may be assigned several tasks to complete each day.Prior experience in residential maintenance or a related field preferred.EPA, HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance required.Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 lbs. required.Must be willing to attend training sessions and obtain additional certifications as needed.
