Job summary

Drury Hotels in Arnold, MO seeks a Maintenance Tech I to maintain a busy hotel property and grounds. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and more while upholding safety programs and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing safety-focused protocols, keeping thorough records, and training junior technicians. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively in English and support management needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across hotel systems.
• Ability to provide ongoing training for Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and mechanical operations.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring programs to ensure safety and ergonomic compliance.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, including minor electrical repair and plumbing.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and able to follow directions.

• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility and work environment in compliance with regulations.
• Keep detailed records and reports.

• Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule for department needs.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, service.
