Job summary

Bozzuto in Manchester, NH seeks a Maintenance Technician to service HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance systems while preparing vacant units for move-in. You will maintain safety and cleanliness and deliver outstanding resident service, with on-call shifts and weekend hours.

Eligible after 12 months for EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification, fully paid by Bozzuto; competitive benefits, tuition reimbursement and retirement planning accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Resolving service tickets with excellent resident service.
• Maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance systems.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in and turnover repairs.
• Preserving building safety and cleanliness; grounds maintenance.
• Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
• Working weekends or evenings and on-call for emergencies.
