Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform general apartment and property maintenance tasks.
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests.
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections.
• Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week every 2 weeks.
• Snow removal when needed.
