Job summary

Eenhoorn LLC in Plano, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Park Residences Plano to keep the property safe, clean, and attractive for residents and guests. You will patrol for issues, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs with a strong service mindset. Required: High School diploma or GED; 2+ years in building maintenance; valid driver’s license.

EPA certification preferred. Proficiency with hand and power tools and carpentry skills are needed to support apartment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; vocational training or certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Proficiency in plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing fixtures.
• Competence in electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and circuit breakers.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and routine maintenance.
• Carpentry for doors, cabinets, and flooring repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Familiarity with appliance repair and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation to emergencies within 30 minutes.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol areas for maintenance issues and address them.
• HVAC PMs, repairs, and filter changes.
• Minor electrical repairs – outlets, switches, fixtures.
• Weekly emergency generator testing.
• Repairing/installing plumbing fixtures and clearing clogs.
• Repairing/installing drywall, doors, screens.
• Caulking and printing.
• May assist with apartment turns and appliance repair.
• Assist with water heater repair and pool equipment as needed.
• Respond to work orders and maintain stock of parts.
