Job summary

You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and help ensure safety, functionality, and appearance for residents and staff.

You will work with other departments, use CMMS to log activities, assist with seasonal upkeep and snow removal, and uphold safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance.
• HVAC experience.
• Plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently.
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and property structures.
• Troubleshoot and address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct property inspections to identify and address potential maintenance concerns.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Fabricate and install components as needed to maintain property standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal property upkeep.
• Collaborate with property management and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Perform all other duties as needed.
