Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Roseland, NJ to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment homes. You will diagnose issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, prioritize service requests, and help keep homes rent-ready with high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong communication with residents and team.
• Read and understand policies, SDS and safe chemical handling.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and related systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and safely.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine tasks.
• Assist in painting interior/exterior surfaces.
• Uphold safety culture and proper handling of equipment.
