Responsibilities

• Completes assigned and requested maintenance work for each store.
• Diagnoses defects and repairs in accordance with policies and safety standards
• Obtains and tracks materials, supplies, and tools from warehouse
• Documents work orders and maintenance records timely and accurately
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible
• Inspects work by contractors or vendors to verify quality and compliance
• Conducts routine store inspections to identify safety and risk concerns
• Repairs and installs equipment and appliances and troubleshoots systems
