Qualifications

• Must have A/C certification and a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a criminal and credit check.
• Experience working on HVAC and EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
• Assist in the setup of ventilation and other systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems for functionality.
• Perform basic grounds keeping requirements.
• Conduct manual repairs when necessary.
• Perform Make Ready tasks for next resident.
• Rotate on call with Maintenance Supervisor.

Skills

Proven experience as maintenance technician

Basic understanding of electrical systems

Knowledge of general maintenance processes

Working knowledge of tools and devices

Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Good physical condition and strength

Certificate in HVAC or relevant field

Experience working on HVAC and EPA Certification

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
