TGM Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Chandler, AZ community. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and HVAC Type II certification.

The role includes responsive work-order handling, on-call rotation for emergencies, and performing general site upkeep. We offer competitive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, bonuses, and paid holidays/vacation time.

Formación

• Must have prior maintenance and repair experience across multiple trades.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC Type II Certification required (EPA/HVAC training available).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.
• Rectify maintenance problems during the workday.
• Be available for after-hours emergency calls on a rotational basis.
• Provide your own basic hand tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• General clean-up of the community.
