HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in the Coconut Creek area. The role supports maintenance across apartments, common areas, and grounds with a focus on reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of maintenance experience and HVAC certification, plus a high school diploma or GED. This is a full-time position with day shifts and on-call rotation expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in residential, apartment, hospitality, or commercial settings.
• HVAC certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout apartments, common areas, and property grounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems.
• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment make-ready repairs in a timely manner.
• Inspect the property regularly and address maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and equipment issues.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and emergency service calls with professionalism and good customer service.
• Perform general repairs, including painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and fixture replacement.
• Maintain accurate work orders and records of completed repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with maintaining maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
