Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous maintenance experience, multifamily preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) strongly preferred.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections.
• Maintain the grounds, buildings, and community amenities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
