Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Pooler, GA. Under supervision, you will handle all aspects of maintenance and repairs, from making ready units to completing preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or property management environments.
• HVAC certification or experience with HVAC systems preferred.
• Proficiency with electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Perform grounds maintenance and basic landscaping.
• Coordinate with supervisor on projects and work orders.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance and repairs of fixtures and wiring.
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance and repair leaks.
• Perform painting, carpentry and masonry work as needed.
• Diagnose problems and replace or repair parts.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance programs.
• Read equipment manuals and follow maintenance procedures.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and maintain safe work areas.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations.
