The role you’ll contribute:

Installs, operates, and maintains the organization's heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems
• Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages
• Assists in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested
• Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs all HVAC mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under general supervision
• Responds to in-house Work Orders and PMs daily, and in a timely manner
