Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. On-Call, Rotation with Overtime (nights and weekends) as required.

Pay Rate: $18-$30 per hour, DOE

Location: Panama City

Requirements: Employer will conduct background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle check.

Summary: As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, assist and learn how to service HVAC systems following the company's approved practices and with high customer care standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete HVAC in-home service calls on equipment less than 10 years old, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Establish rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services.
3. Ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues effectively.
4. Educate customers on financing options and maintenance plans.
5. Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
6. Demonstrate professionalism to attract referrals and repeat business.
7. Collaborate with teams to ensure business success.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and well-stocked service truck.
9. Participate in training, meetings, and professional development activities.
10. Train and mentor apprentices.
11. Ensure accurate and timely documentation and invoicing.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
