Job Summary:

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This advanced position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.74- $30.05/ hour
  • Shift and Schedule Availability: Full Time, Year Round
  • Skill Level: Intermediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain assets inside and outside of guest rooms and common areas (including common areas, mechanical rooms, kitchen, HVAC, etc.). Ensure all areas are safe for guests and employees.
  • Perform daily rounds to check boilers, pools, common areas, sprinkler systems, fire pump room, and fire panels. Primary responsibility will be to complete HOTSOS work orders, attend to guest issues, perform preventative maintenance on back of house mechanical systems, and complete roles assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Attend to any work orders, guest requests, housekeeping requests, front desk requests, and room calls.
  • Maintain all Facilities and Operating Systems in a safe and efficient working order (e.g., auto doors, exit doorways, required snow/garbage removal). Will require lifting of 20 lbs or more.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas, back of house, and guest rooms.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority.
  • Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
  • Ability to perform heavy work (defined as exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects).
  • Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.

The expected pay range is $20.74- $30.05. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
