Maintenance Technician (Homecoming at Eastvale)

Join Lewis Apartments, a division of The Lewis Group of Companies, as a Residential Maintenance Technician at our upscale community in Eastvale, CA. We are dedicated to providing top-notch living experiences and are seeking a talented technician to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and facilities.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Perform painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
• Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure units are in top condition.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to maintenance requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and equipment.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential maintenance, especially in upscale communities.
• Knowledge of drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliance troubleshooting; HVAC experience is a plus.
• Basic carpentry and painting skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability for on-call emergency maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Note: Living on-site or near the community is preferred with a 20% employee discount. Must reside within 35 minutes of the community. Other physical requirements include moving heavy objects, bending, walking, and ascending stairs/ladders. Must communicate effectively in English.
